Meet the Replay team

David spent much of his childhood infront of the camera, but his naturally despotic nature soon led him to directing and producing. He has directed various broadcast documentaries and dramas. After a brief diversion via theatre (where he acted in and produced award-winning shows) he formed Replay in 1991. One of his career highlights was winning BBC Screen Test's Young Film-maker of the Year back in 1979 (the BBC have been unable to confirm whether there were any other entries).

Danny managed a trio of successful casting studios in London before joing Replay. Over the last 14 years he has worked on most aspects of film and TV. He has a flexible and hands-on knowledge of putting projects together, along with the tenacity to keep them on brief and within budget. He can often be found sweating over an Avid suite into the early hours as deadlines loom.

Stuart was born in Bristol and educated at Magdalene College, Cambridge. After five years as a management consultant with Accenture, Stuart became Replay's Creative Director in 2006. Stuart is an award winning communications consultant, writes comedy, collects stuffed animals, and exhibits paintings (most recently 'Slade & Slade: Shapes & Skellingtons in a Sausage Shop').

Born in Manchester, trained as a sculptor, side-tracked by computers; Tim has been working in New Media since it was called multimedia and involved dancers, film-makers, live musicians and Arts Council funding. Interface design and user friendliness is a passion. He can converse in PHP, hexidecimal numbers, ActionScript and a tiny bit of Japanese. He organises a film festival in a Pennine pub as well.

Lucy trained at the RCA in Fine Art, then began working as a designer in the then new world of documentary multimedia titles. Since then, she has worked in light entertainment TV, in the animation industry for feature film titles, for digital education at the British Museum, as a software trainer at art colleges and on many corporate projects at Replay. She is enthusiastic about using visual communication and story telling to communicate complex ideas. Lucy is also an artist and slightly obsessed by learning new crafts.

Jon is an engineer with substantial experience in server deployment. For Replay he has developed advanced ActionScript e-learning architectures, an e-learning script generation tool, and various technical 'glue' solutions for Replay clients.

Kamil escaped from the cooking salt mines of Poland in the early 90s. Since then he has invented the language of modern dance, programmed NASAs stock control system and discovered more new lizard species then anyone else from Central Europe. As a software developer he is very good and we love him.

Joyce is a founder member of Replay. she as formerly administrator for various theatre companies and community film workshops, and previously had careers as a secretary, teacher, social worker and fundraiser. Her family has produced three generations of press photographers.
